Using a Cisco 7961 IP phone and Call manager. I have loads of these working all over the world, yet I have one that receives and makes internal calls without issues, also makes external calls, but can't receive external calls.
Everything looks like it is set up as all the others in this location. Anyone know of a setting that could be incorrect to cause this. Thanks in advance.

I’m quite unfamiliar with VoIP as a whole, but is it possible there is an IP address conflict?

Please check extension parameters
