 Cisco IP Phone 7961
Incoming calls are ringing out instead of first being answered by the auto attendant. Typically when this has happened in the past I've been able to go in and reselect the greeting prompt we created. Problem solved. Now that is no longer working. I did notice the prompt greeting was no. 6 originally and is now no. 11.
