Cisco course and Networking job market outlook

I am interested in attending the Cisco Learning Academy Course that is being offered by my local community college and would like to know what is the job market forecast in this area? I have been told that it is difficult to find a job. Before I move forward, your kind guidance would be appreciated.

It would be good if you post you current education qualification and the area where you are residing. As far as qulified and skilled network profesionals are concerned there is a huge demand for them. If you specialised in Voice, Switching and routing as well as security then there are plenty of oppurtunities.
