The Cisco CallManager product line is described on <a href="http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/">their website</a>. This service can be implemented in a light version using only a gateway "Express" (router) or in a failover cluster configuration. The cluster is run on standard server hardware running a Windows Server operating system.
