I'm trying to automate a report that I can manually run in Callmanager in the CDR Analysis & reporting tool. I'd like to automate the QoS Detail report to run weekly or monthly and email itself to a specific person. I'm OK with a 3rd party tool running the report on my windows 2000 server if necessary. Does anyone have any ideas on a good (and inexpensive) way to pull this report?
