Cisco Call Manager 5
I need to intergrate the company GAL into Cisco Call Manager 5. They are using Exchange 2006. I have read up on LDAP and dont fully understand the process of intergrating the GAL onto the Cisco phones. What needs to happen is that the GAL needs to be viewable on the Cisco phones when users search for a specific user. Any info will be highly appreciated.
