 Cisco 3640 config issue

I'm migrating from a 2620 to a 3640 carrying 2 multilinked T-1 circuits and a single Ethernet interface. The 2620 is running IOS 12.2 and 12.4 is on the 3640. I have ported over the configuration almost identically, but the 3640 won't move traffic despite showing all interfaces up/up and showing no error messages. I have thoroughly gone over the routing tables, etc for typos and everything seems fine from that aspect. Thank you, Mitch
