We have date rules associated with service types that when entered in a new Servive Request populates the Requested End Date based on the date rule. When changing the Service Type (with a different date rule) the Requested End date is populated based on a calendar date, and NOT on work days. Both date rules are referencing the same Constant Duration  in Date Mgt date rules.... but  one day21 seems to use only work days, while the other day80 seems to use all days. Please can you tell where or how the requested end date is populated, and what is causing this discrepency ?  All date changes to the Requested End date should only use work days.
