		<description><![CDATA[Chinese is a double byte language and it can be primary but a better solution is to replace single byte english 2924 with double byte english 29xx.  Then you can run Chinese double byte as a secondary language so the normal OS shows up in English unless you have a PC set to a different language feature for 5250.  You can then run any secondary language both single byte and double byte when you have a double byte primary language installed.
