As far as I know, there isn’t any built in tools in windows server to monitor network port activity. There is a tool I user called CurrPorts (http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/cports.html) that lets me look in real time what’s connecting to the server and using what ports. This software even shows you what it thinks are suspicious ports in use. I recommend that if you think there is unauthorized access, then use a firewall program to lock down all except approved ports.

Are you talking about a tcp port ? if so, what application is listening on that port, or what software is being used by the manager to connect to that port ? By "put event viewer" you mean that you want to audit connections to that port ? Are these connections being established from outside your LAN ? Does this server have direct internet connectivity ? Please provide as much details as possible, and I'm sure you will get useful answers.
