Cheap alternative to outfitting 100+ employees with applications for MS office docs

Is there a free or cheap alternative to outfit my 100+ employees with applications to open Microsoft office documents on their netbooks? They need access to Excel, Word and PowerPoint files. They need to only view them and not modify. Windows 7 netbooks.

They can install viewers for free.

In case they need to modify the files, they could install OpenOffice, which is free.

    I'd recommend Open Office as well. It's open source and has nice flexibility. Check it out here.
