Changing/disabling foreign key constraints in SQL?

Is it possible to enable and disable foreign key constraints in SQL Server? I’d prefer to avoid using 'drop and re-'create' to manage the constraints.

Something like this is what you need:

ALTER TABLE yourTable NOCHECK CONSTRAINT yourConstraint;
ALTER TABLE yourTable CHECK CONSTRAINT yourConstraint;
