Changing revision of existing production order
SAP PM, SAP Plant Maintenance
We have existing production orders on the floor which have since rolled a revision. Is there any way to transfer over from existing work order to a new production order that will show the new revision? What we currently do is manually cross out the old revision and write in the new one. The system, however, shows the old revision. How do I get the system to show the latest revision? Hope this is not confusing.

We had the same kind of problem and we used a tool call work order mass change. It allowed us to make all the changes we needed to in an excel spread sheet and update them all at once.
