Jackie wrote in with this question recently: We have a 3476 terminal attached to an iSeries 810, OS V5R3. All the user output goes to a specified printer in another part of the building, but the user wants the print screens to go to a different system printer near her desk. I'm not sure were to make this change. Any suggestions? -- Deb Tart, associate editor

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

You can just change the default OUTQ on the user profile:
CHGUSRPRF
Output queue . . . OUTQ OPSLPR002
Library . . . . QGPL

"Barbie31" responds: "Go to Client Access display session, FILE, Printer Setup. Select the printer where you want to print the printscreens. Then you just click on the printscreen icon and it should print there. If you want landscape instead of portrait, you have to go back to FILE, Printer setup and select setup for printer and change there."
