How can we force all users to change their passwords following a network breach? Windows Server 2008 AD.

You can use a PowerShell script to change set the setting which says "Force Password Change on next login"

How many Users…. becuase in a simple environment Simple SHIFT > Highlight the users and set the User Musth Change Password on next Login might work for you. This will be depending on the level of breach.

The once this has been done look at setting a password Policy GPO to stop or reduce the need to do this again.
