Hi all, I'm usually on the programing side but due to our small company changing our ISP, I need to resolve why we can't access the internet only from our clients/workstation. So this is the data I have: i. Current setup we have is: 1 Windows server 2003 (with Exchange on it for emails), the Server is connected directly to our Sonic Firewall, the Firewall is connected to the new ISP modem/gateway, also directly connected to the Firewall is a cable that goes to the wall to our workstations. After changing our ISP I changed the Firewall access rules. I have 2 NICs on our Server but only using 1 NIC for the LAN. I can access the Internet from the Server fine, Ping, NSlookup etc all fine. The issue is: We stopped being able to surf the Internet from our workstation excluding Google.com and another website or two which works. However when we go to yahoo it will time out and many others (95%). I can't ping yahoo.com from the workstation, also when I do: NSLOOKUP to www.google.com I get timeout Here is my IPCONFIG /ALL from the WORKSTATION: Windows IP Configuration Host Name . . . . . . . . . . . . : WIND7 Primary Dns Suffix . . . . . . . : Node Type . . . . . . . . . . . . : Broadcast IP Routing Enabled. . . . . . . . : No WINS Proxy Enabled. . . . . . . . : No DNS Suffix Search List. . . . . . : userland.local Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection: Connection-specific DNS Suffix . : userland.local Description . . . . . . . . . . . : Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : 40-61-86-90-21-FC DHCP Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : Yes Autoconfiguration Enabled . . . . : Yes Link-local IPv6 Address . . . . . : fe80::564:fcb3:be56:ef4a%10(Preferred) IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.195.57(Preferred) Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0 Lease Obtained. . . . . . . . . . : Friday, August 16, 2013 9:59:33 AM Lease Expires . . . . . . . . . . : Saturday, August 24, 2013 9:59:33 AM Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.195.1 DHCP Server . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.195.12 DHCPv6 IAID . . . . . . . . . . . : 239100294 DHCPv6 Client DUID. . . . . . . . : 00-01-00-01-12-F4-D8-AF-40-61-86-90-21-FC DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.195.12 Primary WINS Server . . . . . . . : 192.168.195.12 NetBIOS over Tcpip. . . . . . . . : Enabled Tunnel adapter isatap.userland.local: Media State . . . . . . . . . . . : Media disconnected Connection-specific DNS Suffix . : userland.local Description . . . . . . . . . . . : Microsoft ISATAP Adapter Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : 00-00-00-00-00-00-00-E0 DHCP Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : No Autoconfiguration Enabled . . . . : Yes Tunnel adapter Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface: Media State . . . . . . . . . . . : Media disconnected Connection-specific DNS Suffix . : Description . . . . . . . . . . . : Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : 00-00-00-00-00-00-00-E0 DHCP Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : No Autoconfiguration Enabled . . . . : Yes ---------- Here is my IPCONFIG /ALL from the SERVER: Windows IP Configuration Host Name . . . . . . . . . . . . : exch Primary Dns Suffix . . . . . . . : userland.local Node Type . . . . . . . . . . . . : Hybrid IP Routing Enabled. . . . . . . . : No WINS Proxy Enabled. . . . . . . . : No DNS Suffix Search List. . . . . . : userland.local Ethernet adapter Server Local Area Connection: Connection-specific DNS Suffix . : Description . . . . . . . . . . . : Broadcom BCM5709C NetXtreme II GigE (NDIS VBD Client) #2 Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : 00-22-19-BF-8E-40 DHCP Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : No IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.195.12 Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0 Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.195.1 DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 8.8.8.8 75.75.76.76 Primary WINS Server . . . . . . . : 192.168.195.12 Please help, any advice will be appreciated.
