I have a windwos 2000 domain, recently I have been trying to configure disk quotas. Problem is Disk Quotas work on file ownership and alot of the data on the server was copied over from another server when we merged with another office. Therefore a large amount of user data is owned by the administrator account. My question is, is there anyway to change the ownership of users home drives to the user?, as when you try and change the setting from the server you only have the option of changing it to the current user being the administrator. I know users can do this when they are logged on themselves but this would be a long and tiresome way to do it. Thankyou for any help
