Changing desktop background color for all current users.
I would like to set all current users desktop background color to RED. I went into RegEdit and changed the color for HKEY_USERS.DEFAULTControl PanelColors and HKEY_CURRENT_USERControl PanelColors. The logon Wallpaper is not set. However the background color is not changing to RED. I deleted the user profile and it still not changing. I went in to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftWindowspoliciesActiveDesktop and created a NoChangingWallPaper key and set it to 1 and still, it is not changing. The users are in a Win Server 2003 domain and the client systems are XP. Is there any way you can tell me what I am doing wrong. Thanks.......
