Thanks a million guys. I thought I was going crazy as I could not find anything on Microsoft to sort the problem
Q:
Change the language in Outlook Express 6 to check spelling
Outlook Express 6, Outlook Language Packs, Microsoft Office Language Packs, Outlook Configuration, Outlook I purchased a Dell Desk top Inspiron 530. It came with XP Pro, Office 2007 and Outlook Express 6. In using Outlook Express I discovered the spell check is in French not English. When I went to the drop down menu in Outlook Express French was the only language listed.. I checked the default language in the control Panal and it's English. I checked the default language in office word and it's English. If anyone has any idea on how to correct this problem without deleting the program and installing a new one, please let me know. dave722

I was able to fix this problem in 2 secs. Go to

After reading, click on "THIS UTILITY" and follow directions. My spell check is now English.
