Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

If they are all created by the same job do a WRKSPLF SELECT(*ALL *ALL *ALL MYJOB) then put a 2 next to each and on the command line do a OUTQ(NEWOUTQ)

Other than what I listed above it would be difficult to do because of the multiple variables. Are these spool files in an outq that is shared by other jobs and/or users? If this is something that you may need to do over and over it may be a good idea to modify the CLP if possible and use the (CRTDUPSPLF) command and send a second copy to your desired outq.

If this is going to be a quick & dirty one-time process you can print a listing of the output queue, copy it to a file, & write a CL program to parse through the file & run a CHGSPLFA against the entries.

If this is to be a regular process I'd recommend making use of the QUSLSPL API to work with the entries.

Anshan, to use the QUSLSPL API you'll first need to use the QUSCRTUS API - that creates the user space the spool files are listed into.  Here is one example (via IT Jungle) that may be of some use: http://www.itjungle.com/fhg/fhg080305-story01.html

    ToddN2000, you're welcome.

I try to avoid reinventing the wheel & I'm more than happy to see how others make use of the tools available.
