Change Request Management
I am writing a new document for CR Management and integrating User discussion within the CRM tool suite we finally will provide and I am open to and hoping for input from people expert in this field.
While I have used these tools for years and generally have 2 or more ready for users to use depending on requirements; I am hoping there are more ideas out there that i can use to ether pick a tool that does everything we need or can be integrated into out final suite.

If you have ample number of years of experience on various tools, you can select the one fits well in your current scenario. I don’t see any point in trying a new product where you will require fresh training on the product itself. Just ensure that it takes care of all your users requirements and preferably is web based so that you or anybody can access it from anywhere if having rights and privileges.
