		<description><![CDATA[What is your role in your company? Have you talked to the server administrator to find out how this can be controlled with Policies controlled at the server level?  I think that is the way to do it. I am using R6.5. You have R7. Check what is available on your Policy Documents (names.nsf &gt; Configuration view &gt; Policies &gt; Settings &gt; Desktop Settings. Otherwise, if you have to use LS, make a copy of your notes.ini, make changes you want in the regional settings, make another copy of your Notes.ini, see what settings changes corresponding to your changes, look in Designer help for examples of SetEnvironmentVar and play with the code in an LS button until you get it figured out.]]></description>
