Change password is missing in OWA
one user in my organisation is unable to view the change password option in "options"tab of OWA everyone else is able to see the same i checked his OWA prifile everything is OK there what might be the problem

Does the account have the "User cannot change password" check box checked within AD?

To get the "Change Password" button in OWA the user must install the S/MIME control. Tell them to hit the "Install S/MIME" button, and then after that installs the "Change Password" button should appear.
