 “Change Editor” function in FD 32 transaction code on SAP

How can I change the "Change Editor" under "goto" options in FD32 be accessed?

I recently had my PC upgraded & now I am not able to use this function. It continues to tell me "Unable to find template". I always use this prior to my upgrade.
