I have setup a word label template which points to a shared folder excel spreadsheet and automatically populates the labels with the data(which is updated periodically via AS400).  Now the shared folder drive letter and folder names have been changed.  I cannot figure out how to get the document to keep the new location of the file!!!! Everytime I exit and go back in it tries to open the file using old location information.  I figures this out once but have spent a couple hours on it with no success.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

If I am understanding you correctly then I would either recreate the template using the new location or modify the location that the current template points to.

The following link will help you with the former solution.

For the latter solution try Tools, Options, File Locations, User Templates and then modify to the new location or move the template to this location.

Good luck and let us know how it goes.
