Could someone please guide me as to how to go about for the certification of SQL

"the" certification of SQL? IBM offers DB2 certification (which is a LOT more than just SQL). Oracle offers Oracle certification (which is a lot more than just SQL). Maybe there is someone offering ANSI standard SQL certifcation, but I am unaware of it.
