 Certificatfion suggestion
HI .. Can anyone adivce / suggest me what will be best certification along with PMP, If i am from Operations (Services) ?

The tag you used for your post/question was CRM, so I am assuming you have hands on experience with CRM. That said, I would recommend pursuing a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification at http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/dynamics.aspx. There are multiple MS Dynamics CRM certification tracks to choose from and many companies, including mine, are implementing CRM and have had a tough time finding good candidates who have PMP and CRM certifications/skills. Just a suggestion.

The best is such a relative term…

If you have a PMP certification you can really go a lot of directions with that. What is it you want to do with your career. Some technology career tracks go deep into a specific technologies.

The PMP certification implies that you are interested in managing people and projects. For me I prefer projects with lots of different technologies in very large business production environments. To match that certification I would be focused on ITIL, MOF or areas that would compliment the business aspects of project management as opposed to a specific technology.
