Centrally populating Outlook calenders with data

One of my clients is a college that runs Exchange 2003. They would like to add each teacher's timetable for the year to that person's Outlook calendar. Is there an easy way to do this? How would I go about achieving this, assuming I can have the time table data in .CSV format?

Right, ITKnowledge Exchange tells me my question was put to 3 072 recipients. Do I take it NOBODY knows how to do this?

OK...2 minutes with Google gave me this....I spend the two minutes trying to find a halfway decent pictorial of the mechanics... You are going to have to play with your csv file and get it groomed for your data/format... This is basically the same process to import any calendar info from other progs that can output csv for import to something else. The pain is getting the fields mapped. I am unsure if you can automate it. -jmw http://mycourses.med.harvard.edu/ec_res/nt/EE6BBA9D-115A-4070-ADFD-C85CF3794043/csv_import_outlook2K.pdf
