Centralized Windows event log server to collect network logs

Can I set up a centralized Windows event log server to collect all my networks event logs? If this does not exist it sure should. Can it also email on conditions met like low hard disk space or high memory utilization. Can I check temperatures of the machine as well?

I think this should provide you not only with centralised reports but more detail then usual.
