Someone with just a CCNA and no other experience is employable in a junior networking role, or junior field engineer. Once you have had a chance to use the skills under supervision, then you will have learned a lot more and be trusted to do these tasks on your own. If you are lucky, you will find a job where a much more experienced engineer will mentor you, and grow your knowledge faster than if you have to discover everything for yourself. Good Luck with your studies, and with finding that job.

I would recommend doing some volunteer work and establishing some real-world skills using the CCNA education. It will help you when interviewing for the jobs. Just CCNA labwork is not enough information to make it in the "real-world". Things are not always so cut and dry... there is always the "it depends" factor. In the IT trenches?
