CAS-HUB server Down.

We have 2 CAS-HUB server in our organization,today i noticed that one CAS-HUB server was down, for over 30 minute, i tried to restart Microsoft Exchange Active Directory service Topology. but the restart fails.So I restart the whole system and now it working fine, can any tell me reason and to overcome these issue.

    yes, infact i was unable to track the log, so i restart the whole system.

    IN last 24 hours i got over 400 error, most of the error log contain the following text Cmdlet failed. Cmdlet Get-ClientAccessServer, parameters {Identity=xx.edu.co.in}. can u please tell what sort of error is these and how to deal with it. thz
