In my opinion a house gives you more verity in most cases. Whereas a industry you might work on the same project(s) a lot. This doesn't always hold true. Benefits and compensation can be different between the two as well. Research is your best friend. Think about what you really want to do and what you would like to get for doing it and research places that have that.
