This is very difficult q’s. U may do mcse/ccna or any global network course and can get job. But when u try to move foreign country for job there are lot of criteria and points. It is not enough to do a global certification as well as u have solid academic background and have good interpersonal skill, easily mix with foreign culture and their businesses and lot more.
I am not going to discourage u, but telling u the real fact. Though u r a B. Tech so u must go for a try to move.
The only limits there are to your certifications are the ones you yourself impose. There are several folks that get their CCIE in routing/switching, who then branch out to design, wireless, voice, security, Service provider, etc..
