Can’t use database within Workgroup with Windows XP clients
I am in charge of 10 computers and a server, I have them all on a workgroup and i can only use the database application installed on the server on the older computers. I try to use the same program on win xp but it says that the program is outside of the local intranet or on a untrusted source so access will not open the file. I don't want to change anything unneccessarily but i'm desperate!

Try adding the address to the local intranet:
In Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
On the Security tab, click Local intranet, and then click Sites.
Click Advanced, and then type: *.domain.com or an IP address range (for example, 157.54.100-200.*) in the Add this Web site to the zone box, where domain.com is your company and top-level domain names.
Click Add, click OK, click OK, and then click OK again to close the Internet Options dialog box.
Restart the computer.

Which program are you talking about? Is it perhaps a program that includes a browser in it? Are you able to access these intranet pages from IE/Firefox?
