Can’t send Outlook Web Access email after an IE7 upgrade
I can't send Outlook Web Access email after an upgrade to Internet Explorer 7. I can view the calendar, contacts and email, but when I hit send, I get the error message that IE has encountered a problem and needs to close. What might this be?

Answer Wiki:
This was a known issue when IE7 was released. Run all available IE7 updates to resolve. Also update your exchange server with all available service packs and rollups. --- Its the Exchange Server updates that I recall were required for OWA and IE7 compatibility. I take it that no one else (in your environment) is using IE7?

I just installed IE7 today when this happened. My company has already run the updates; I can send emails from OWA on my other laptop. It seems to just be my computer. Any more ideas?

Shanda, when you say your company has already run the updates please be more specific. Did they run the IE7 updates or the Exchange updates? You have not mentioned what version and service pack level of Exchange. Is this an Exchange 2007 server and has SP1 and rollup 6 or 7 been applied to it? If not, what version and patch level?

I am not exactly sure of all updates they have run, but I know they have run the Exchange updates on their 2003 server. I don’t think the server is the issue since no one else (out of 100 people) is having this problem.
