can’t send email to external email accounts, we receive errors SMTP errors 550 #5.7.1.
We just added an encryption router to our domain. We have change our MX record with the web hosting company. Now I can't send email to external email accounts, we receive errors SMTP errors 550 #5.7.1. Is there something else I need to do at my location or do I need to have my Big Brother company check the routing?

Answer Wiki:
Is the encryption "router" for inbound e-mails or is this referring to a VPN connection to another site? The 550 5.7.1 SMTP error indicates that your system or the ISP's is not configured to permit relay from your source address or domain. You need to coordinate these network changes with "Big Brother".
