I added new folders to our Public Folders in Exchange 2003. When I open Outlook, cannot see the new folders added. I gave all the right to my group and users.

Software/Hardware used:
MS Exchange 2003, MS Office 2007, MS Office 2003

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

How many Exchange servers do you have? If more than one you need to make sure you set each new folder to replicate on all mail servers. You can use the PFDAVAdmin tool to do this in bulk if necessary. (Install this on your PC, not the Exchange server) Also keep in mind there is replication time through your DCs to account for as well. If they are still not there after an hour then you can force replication and check again.
