hi all, we are able to send mails but are not able to receive from outside.is the problem with DNS or routing or anything else ? thanks for help...

Before you can expect any useful advice, you need to give some details:
- What email program are you using;
- Which protocol (e.g., smtp, pop3, imap, some proprietary protocol);
- What platform (OS);
- How does your network configuration look like;
- Is there a firewall between you and your target;
- Are there any error messages;
- Etc.
