can’t receive mails
DataCenter, DHCP, DNS, E-mail applications, Exchange, Hardware, Networking, Networking Equipment, Networking services, QoS, Routers, Security, Sendmail, Servers, Switches, Tech support
hi all,
we are able to send mails but are not able to receive from outside.is the problem with DNS or routing or anything else ?

- Which protocol (e.g., smtp, pop3, imap, some proprietary protocol);
- What platform (OS);
- How does your network configuration look like;
- Is there a firewall between you and your target;
- Are there any error messages;
- Etc.
