 Can’t open PDF attachments in email
Adobe Acrobat Reader, Desktop, Email attachments, Error 0xc0000103, PDF attachments
Everytime I try to open an attachment in pdf form from an email I get an application error from AcroRd32.exe that says "application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000103). Click on ok to terminate the application". I'm currently using windows 2003. This started happening when I downloaded a newer version of adobe. I tried deleting the newer version but have no idea if it deleted.

Go to Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs. If Adobe Reader is in this list, it is not deleted. Uninstall the application from there and reinstall it. It should fix your issues.
