If you live outside the United States, by submitting your email address you consent to having your personal data transferred to and processed in the United States.
Can you logon as local machine admin without specifying a domain? Is there another admin equivalent account that you can login and check domain membership and user credentials? Are YOU the admin of the domain or is someone else? Maybe your rights are restricted.
