Hi, I have had a continuing problem rejoining my Windows 7 Pro work station to Windows 2003 Server. I successfully joined the domain when station was new last December. Had a hard drive failure, reinstalled operating system on new drive. Have been unable to loin domain since. I have admin privileges for 2003 Server. Workstation was added to computers on server 2003. I have tried just about everything I could find online to solve the problem. The issue appears to be with the Active Directory and Domain Controller. Here is the NetSetup log: 08/18/2014 09:25:10:929 NetpDoDomainJoin 08/18/2014 09:25:10:929 NetpMachineValidToJoin: 'NAME7' 08/18/2014 09:25:10:929     OS Version: 6.1 08/18/2014 09:25:10:929     Build number: 7601 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.140303-2144) 08/18/2014 09:25:10:929     ServicePack: Service Pack 1 08/18/2014 09:25:10:931     SKU: Windows 7 Professional 08/18/2014 09:25:10:931 NetpDomainJoinLicensingCheck: ulLicenseValue=1, Status: 0x0 08/18/2014 09:25:10:931 NetpGetLsaPrimaryDomain: status: 0x0 08/18/2014 09:25:10:931 NetpMachineValidToJoin: status: 0x0 08/18/2014 09:25:10:931 NetpJoinDomain 08/18/2014 09:25:10:931     Machine: NAME7 08/18/2014 09:25:10:931     Domain: TEST.com 08/18/2014 09:25:10:931     MachineAccountOU: (NULL) 08/18/2014 09:25:10:931     Account: TESTJoe Jones 08/18/2014 09:25:10:931     Options: 0x27 08/18/2014 09:25:10:931 NetpLoadParameters: loading registry parameters... 08/18/2014 09:25:10:931 NetpLoadParameters: status: DNSNameResolutionRequired set to '0' 08/18/2014 09:25:10:931 NetpLoadParameters: status: DomainCompatibilityMode set to '1' 08/18/2014 09:25:10:931 NetpLoadParameters: status: 0x0 08/18/2014 09:25:10:931 NetpValidateName: checking to see if 'TEST.com' is valid as type 3 name 08/18/2014 09:25:11:035 NetpCheckDomainNameIsValid [ Exists ] for 'TEST.com' returned 0x0 08/18/2014 09:25:11:035 NetpValidateName: name 'TEST.com' is valid for type 3 08/18/2014 09:25:11:035 NetpDsGetDcName: trying to find DC in domain 'TEST.com', flags: 0x1020 08/18/2014 09:25:11:137 NetpLoadParameters: loading registry parameters... 08/18/2014 09:25:11:137 NetpLoadParameters: status: DNSNameResolutionRequired set to '0' 08/18/2014 09:25:11:137 NetpLoadParameters: status: DomainCompatibilityMode set to '1' 08/18/2014 09:25:11:137 NetpLoadParameters: status: 0x0 08/18/2014 09:25:11:137 NetpDsGetDcName: found DC '\server.TEST.com' in the specified domain 08/18/2014 09:25:11:137 NetpJoinDomainOnDs: NetpDsGetDcName returned: 0x0 08/18/2014 09:25:11:138 NetUseAdd to \server.TEST.comIPC$ returned 1231 08/18/2014 09:25:11:138 NetpJoinDomain: status of connecting to dc '\server.TEST.com': 0x4cf 08/18/2014 09:25:11:138 NetpJoinDomainOnDs: Function exits with status of: 0x4cf 08/18/2014 09:25:11:138 NetpDoDomainJoin: status: 0x4cf Any suggestions on how to solve this issue?
