can’t access sametime
hi,
i have a few users whereby when they switch to chinese typing , they will be auto dissconnect from sametime.When i asked the user to restart pc , they can successfully logon to sametime but when they switch to chinese typing again, they again being disconnect from sametime.
Is there any workaround to resolved this problem. Pls help . Thanks!
