Cannot view shared caledar on another workstation in Outlook 2003 when it is shared.

We are using exchange 2003. XP for workstations. I have a calender setup on one workstation and it is setup to share. But when I create another calender in the same mailbox of the user and try to connect to it on another workstation I can't see it. Help!

This is not a “problem” this is a “feature” of outlook. It is working as designed. Only the default calendar can be shared as a shared calendar. In order to see the additional calendar you must grant rights to the mailbox at the top mailbox level as well as to that calendar. Then in order to see the secondary calendar a user must add the mailbox to their folder list.
