		<description>the clue may be that QCMNARB03 is having a problem. 

A virtual printer is (effectively) a comms port, so you may need to check the status of communications and resolve any issues lurking in the comms cards.  

I believe QCMNARB is the communcations arbitrator - always seemed to be a comms problem when that showed up.  
a few CFGSTS type sommands should get you there. 

If they are, indeed, CA generated, then you can delete the device configuration, as it will be recreated when required.</description>
