A virtual printer is (effectively) a comms port, so you may need to check the status of communications and resolve any issues lurking in the comms cards. I believe QCMNARB is the communcations arbitrator - always seemed to be a comms problem when that showed up. a few CFGSTS type sommands should get you there. If they are, indeed, CA generated, then you can delete the device configuration, as it will be recreated when required. the clue may be that QCMNARB03 is having a problem.
