Exchange 2003 cannot send to aol, comcast, bellsouth, various others
just launched a second exchange 2003 ent. server and moved mailbox's to phase out existing/outgrown exchange. users cannot send mail to aol, comcast, bellsouth, and various others but domain mail and gmail, hotmail, yahoo, work fine in and out. any ideas why I'm getting message "non deliverable", timed out, or delayed errors. can't see why gmail and others would work fine but not aol, etc.

Answer Wiki:
AOL et al can be rather touchy about who they receive mail from. Make sure you have reverse DNS entries on your public DNS server. If AOL cannot do a reverse lookup they will refuse your mail. I suspect the same is true of the others you cannot send to. THat is where I would start. You can use www.dnsstuff.com to test your mail server.

Could you be having a reverse DNS problem on the new server, so some mail servers are rejecting you?
