I back up my files with Carbonite. Recently, I have noticed that I cannot save documents useing Microsoft Office,particularly Word 2003. Also, I cannot add anything to an original document. Can someone offer an solution?

Is your Office copy genuine? If not, you might be having problems because of it. Are you in a corporate environment? If so, see your administrator, you may have a permissions issue.
