 Cannot retrieve Microsoft Outlook email messages
Microsoft Office 2003, Outlook, Outlook error messages
Everytime the send/receive button of Outlook is pressed, it keep on retrieving the same two emails messages and then the following error messge appears. The error message is: Task 'aurjack@rogers.com - Receiving' reported error (0X800CCC90) : 'Your incoming (POP3) e-mail server has reported an internal error. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The server responded: -ERR problem retrieving message.' Tried configure another brand new email account to retrieve the same mail address messges and the error still occurrs.

this happens in exchange 2000 too, the problem is cause an email had a name with punctutation characters, (SPAM), to solve i must clean up the mailbox with exmerge,
