Cannot respond to messages in iNotes/DWA

Domino Web Access (iNotes), iNotes, firefox, Lotus error messages

I recently bought a Macbook Pro and when signing on to iNotes (with Firefox), I am able to get into iNotes and open messages regularly, but I cannot respond to them. An error message comes up:

"Microsoft Internet Explorer Domino Web Access Warning. Sorry, we were unable to process your request at this time. If you are unable to continue working in your mail file, please dismiss this warning and then select View, Refresh from your browser's menu."

Once you click "ok" on the warning message, the reply with history window is completely blank. Is there a way that I can fix this so that it performs normally?

DWA is not really supported on non-IE browsers until the Domino 8.x server level or higher.
Mac users should be using the “Webmail” UI which does not require ActiveX.
If your URL has the string &ui=inotes in it, try changing it to use &ui=webmail

Mike is right. DWA is having known issue with Mozila Firefox. Even with IE if you enable script debugging & disable activex then some DWA function will not work like: logout hangs etc.
