I cannot receive external emails in one of two domains on Exchange Server 2003. What could it be?

Make sure you have an MX record for both domains. If there is no MX record, the emails will not be routed correctly.

There are a large number of possible issues. We need more details please. When did the problem begin? Are there errors in the event logs, and if so what are they? Is this a new install or one that has been working until now? If it was working, what changes were made prior to the problem starting?
