 Cannot print multiple copies to HP Laserjet 2055DN network printer
HP Laserjet 2055DN, Network printers
No matter what program we print from (Word, Excel, Notes mail, even notepad) we only get 1 copy that prints even when we change the number of copies to 2 or more.  I've checked printing preferences and the printer properties on the network queue and cannot find anything that refers to this setting.   Any ideas on this?

My suggestion is if you cannot find a document on the HP support page that helps then I would call HP tech support for assistance.

Have you tried reset the NW printer to factory settings/try reinstalling printer driver?

Out of curiosity, which driver are you using? If you are using PCL6, try installing the PCL5 driver.

Sumeshbnr – I’m trying to get my printer guy to reinstall the driver. He’s the one who sets up all n/w printers….but so far he’s unwilling to either reset the printer to factory settings or reinstall drivers.

Eschaq – The current driver is the HP universal PCL 6 driver. I’m working on getting it changed.
